We should also like to thank Dr Sheila Loudon, district nurse Carol Murray, East Ayrshire carers, especially Angie, Mary, Lilias, Kimberly, Shirley, Tracey and Yvonne for their dedicated care and unfailing kindness to Alan during his long illness. Special thanks to Father Martin Chambers for the uplifting Requiem Mass, to those who paid their respects at the church and the cemetery and to Gerard Robertson of Kilmarnock and District Independent Funeral Service for his professionalism.
